Quick Hotfix to sort some bugs

1. Checkmate now occurs when king is in checkmate but not check like photo below

This was caused by the checkmate logic, assuming the king was in check to be able to be in checkmate, as in the picture below, no piece can directly take the king so its not in check. However no moves can be made so its mate.
